Is there an Eventrie app to download?

Not yet — and you don’t need one. Eventrie runs at app.eventrie.com in the browser you already have, so you can start a party today on a phone or a laptop. Add it to your home screen and it opens with an icon like any other app. iPhone and Android versions are coming, and everything you plan now will be waiting in them.

Is Eventrie free?

Free covers a real party: the itinerary, the guest list, RSVPs, notes and reminders. The paid tier is for the heavy stuff — big guest lists, the design studio, printed albums. You won’t hit a wall halfway through planning, and nothing asks for a card to get started.

Do my guests need an account or an app?

Neither. You send one link. They open the plan in a browser, RSVP, add anything they can’t eat and check the schedule — no account, no password, no download. Signing up only earns them photo uploads and notifications.

Can two people plan the same event?

Yes. Add a co-host and you both edit the same plan, see the same RSVPs and get the same reminders. Everyone else gets the guest view, which never shows the budget.

What happens to my plan after the party?

It stays put — itinerary, guest list, receipts and the shared album. Most hosts open last year’s event to plan this year’s, which beats starting from a blank page.

How is this different from a group chat and a spreadsheet?

A group chat buries the decision two hundred messages later, and nobody opens a spreadsheet on a phone. Eventrie keeps one plan that changes for everyone at once, shows you who has actually replied, and does the arithmetic on splits — so you’re not the person chasing eleven people for forty dollars.
