Itinerary by day, not one long list
A weekend is not one day repeated. Each day holds its own times and places, so Saturday’s boat and Sunday’s brunch never sit in the same undifferentiated column.
Change it once
Move dinner an hour later and it is an hour later for everyone, on the link they already have. There is no second version to send, and no message that says "ignore the last one".
Guests read it without an account
You send one link. They open the plan in a browser — no password, no download, nothing to install. Rule 3 of this product: guests never need an account.
It still works when the venue has no signal
What you have already opened stays readable, and changes you make out of signal are kept and sent when you are back. A day you have never opened on that device needs a connection the first time — that is the honest version.
The day itself has a shape
A first birthday planned around a nap and a four-day trip are different problems. The event type sets sensible defaults for both, and then never stops you changing them.

About the itinerary
How do I make an itinerary everyone can see?
Add the days and times once, then send one link. Everyone opens the same plan in a browser and sees the current version — including after you change it. They need no account and nothing to install.
Can I change the schedule after I have sent it?
Yes, and that is the point. The link does not go stale. You edit the plan and the people holding that link have the new version the next time they look — there is nothing to re-send.
Does it work for a multi-day trip?
Yes. Each day is its own set of times and places rather than one long list, so a three-day weekend reads as three days.
